...this handmade journal. To one of you. It's one I made a few months ago and decided to keep for myself (but really, I just don't need another journal...so many here waiting for my pen). Just love the beautiful lady on the front. Even love the old water damage on the photo. Love thinking it would have probably been tossed out because of that, but I rescued it. Don't we all love rescuing things?
Full of old things. Like game cards, snapshots, envelopes, ledger papers, stuff like that. Lots of places to write, paste and glue.
So just leave a quick comment here if you'd like a chance to be the randomly-chosen winner. Will choose on Friday at noon (cst).
Oh, and don't forget that today (Tuesday the 4th) is the release date for the Blogging for Bliss book by Tara Frey. I am honored to be a part of this truly inspirational book. Visit Kari's blog for a complete link listing of everyone who's celebrating today. Congratulations, Tara!
Hoping your day is rich and full of focus.
So lovely, thank you for sharing this Rebecca. Please do add my name to the drawing!

I got my love of "old things" from my grandmother, whose friends said they were dragging her, kicking and screaming, into the 20th century! HA HA Beautiful journal, Rebecca!

She does look like a sweet woman, full of spunk and life too :) I'm glad she didn't wind up in a dumpster and is still here to inspire us all.

This journal is for me. I love the sassy girl on the cover. She matches the peeling lady I found while junking this past week. I think they're sisters.....

I, too, love rescuing old things, but have a rule that I must have a use for them! I think that is why I love old tea towels so much - you can never have too many of those! Have a delightful day and thank you for the wonderful giveaway.
